Here at Sproutit, we decided that we could do more than offer web apps to help teams and small businesses, we can also teach what we have learned. So, that is what we are doing with the brand new, straight out of the box, new car smell, Simple Business Workshops. So, far we have nailed down venues for San Diego and Chicago and, we are busily making calls to finalize DC, Seattle, San Francisco, Atlanta, Houston, Toronto, and London.

The fine folks at BlinkSale have quietly launched a massive upgrade to their excellent web-based invoicing system. If you like using simple web apps to run your business, if you bill clients and you manage by feeds, you have to give BlinkSale a try.

After attending a panel on “how to start and hold a web conference” I had a brief moment to meet with the Williams from Blinksale. I started poking around their site and saw this. We got an honorable mention. I was particularly glad to hear that they really liked using Mailroom for their own small business, FirewheelDesign. That absolutely made my day!
