If I upgrade my service, when will I be billed at the new rate?
For any upgrade, your credit card on file will immediately be charged the difference between your current rate and the new rate (even during a 30 free trial). The new, upgraded rate will appear on your next billing cycle.
When will my credit card be charged?
If you initially sign up for a Basic, Plus, Premium or Enterprise account and you don’t cancel that account within the first 30 days, you will be billed monthly starting on the 30th day after your account was initially created. If you cancel prior to the processing of your first invoice on the 30th day, you will not be charged.

How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
The charge will appear as “Sproutit.com” on your credit card statement.
Why are you asking me for my credit card information during sign up if you have a 30 day free trial?
We only ask for your credit card information if you have selected one of the paid accounts. You will still receive a 30 day free period, but to ensure that our service to you remains uninterrupted after those 30 days, we ask for a credit card.
How do I cancel my service?
You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Preferences link then by clicking on the Account tab. The Account screen provides a simple, no-questions-asked cancellation link. If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
If I downgrade my service, when will I be billed at the new rate?
For any downgrade, your credit card on file will be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.
Why was my credit card charged something other than the monthly billing rate I signed up for?
For every Basic, Plus, Premium or Enterprise account there is a monthly rate for the service. There is also a per email charge if you go over the limit as set in your specific plan.
I emailed Sproutit.com a month ago to cancel my account, but I was just billed again for service. Why was I charged?
An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Preferences link then the Account tab in the Preferences box. From there you can downgrade or close your account.
