Mailroom is perfect for handling such email addresses as contact@, support@, info@ etc. But it’s also great for any team that collaborates on email inquiries.

Do I use this instead of Outlook or Gmail?

Outlook and Gmail are great for low numbers of personal email and we don’t want to replace them. In fact, we want to make them more useful for you! If you have ever opened your inbox to discover it was overwhelmed with email and couldn’t find what you really needed then Mailroom can bring you some relief. Save your Outlook for company meetings and daily organization but use Mailroom for the rest.

How do I get my email into Mailroom?

Getting your email into mailroom is as easy as can be. You have 3 options:

  1. Start using the sproutitmail account you choose during signup.
  2. Forward email from your other accounts to your new sproutitmail address. You can also set a standard “from” address using any of the accounts you have forwarded to Mailroom
  3. All paid account levels allow you to check your other email accounts via POP

How can I try it?

Review the Mailroom plans and choose the right one for your needs. It takes only a few minutes and you’ll be up and running in no time.

What if I decide to cancel?

Of course you can cancel anytime. You don’t even have to tell us. Just go to your account preferences and click “close account.”

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your account anytime you want. We know that sometimes your needs might changes, and we want to be there for you no matter what because we’re cool like that. Word to the mother.
