  • Intelligent assignment: Don’t know the answer to a customer question? No problem. Easily reassign that email to another team member who does. Mailroom can even watch who normally answers certain types of inquiries and start to do the assignment for you.
  • Automatic save replies: Quickly start a database of answers to the most common questions your team gets asked. It’s a great way to keep everyone on the same page. If you like, Mailroom will monitor the email you send, “learn” your responses and intelligently build a list of common replies.
  • Customer history: Receive an overview of past conversations with a particular customer, including which team member(s) has communicated with him or her. Mailroom can even display a photo of the customer.
  • Internal notes: Post notes about special email conversations for viewing by fellow team members. Keep track of customer-related tasks to be completed or provide greater context for future interaction with the customer.
  • Tagging: By assigning tags to an email, you’ll find the email easily and quickly when searching for it later on. Just enter your search term and up pop all relevant email. A far more flexible and effective solution than what you’ll find in other email systems.

  • Automatic form submission: Do you receive email from a contact form on your website? Bypass email altogether by having your form submitted directly to your Mailroom account. Plus, set up your form to assign submissions to specific team members — even with tags added.
  • RSS feeds: Keep tabs on your Mailroom using RSS feeds.
