Once upon a time…

It was another dreary day at the office. Memos. Stale coffee. PC Load letter. Could it get any worse? It did. Corporate software promised to make our lives easier and propel our small business into the next millennium. Yet, it was complex, slow, and didn’t fit into our workflow. The founders of Sproutit.com, Charles Jolley, Chris Bauman and Peter Gohman, knew there was a better way to do small business.

Big business software has been able to do great things, but it is large, not designed for small business use, and it is extremely expensive. After graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, the three sojourners teamed up to create Sproutit.com. There are 20 million businesses with 10 or fewer employees in the United States alone. Our drive is to build a suite of web hosted business applications uniquely designed for these very small businesses.

Bringing the power of big enterprise business software to small businesses.

What makes us different?

The founders are entrpereneurs to the core. All have had small businesses in the past. We share the idea that your small businesses is a part of who you are. We understand that you started your businesses to realize and live your dream.

We believe it so strongly, founders Charles, Chris and Peter moved to Prague in September to launch Sproutit.com and to save 40% on startup costs while living their entrepreneurial dream. The way we do businesses allows us to be able to work from anywhere there is internet. Using that way of thinking, we will liberate you, too.

Don’t worry, though. We will be coming back to the states soon.

What do we want?

Small businesses need to get back to doing what they love. With Mailroom, we will liberate small businesses from the mundane activity of email, saving them hours everyday, and allow them to get back to doing what they love. Answering email has become the status quo for small businesses to stay in competition with larger businesses. With Mailroom, you can do it quickly, efficiently, and with quality responses.
