Mailroom has not been sending email since sometime Friday. All of the outgoing email is stored on the server and will be send as soon as service is restored.
Thank you for bearing with us while we work the bugs out of the new hardware setup.
UPDATE:
All email service has been restored. We will be resending all of the email for the last 24 hours to make sure all of the outgoing email is sent.

How did your monitoring not catch this sooner?
That is a fair question. This particular problem had to do with the deployment of the new hardware. I’m still researching why but Mailroom was reporting all systems were good. Even after we ran several tests it continued to return positive results.
Until we are sure it is fixed I’m resorting to manually sending emails to myself periodically.
