Since we started Sproutit, we’ve been through three different bug tracking systems at least, not counting all the systems we didn’t use because I’d tried them before at Nisus and already knew they would suck, and Unfuddle is by far the best. It’s not the most feature rich system, but the workflow is outstanding and the developers are super responsive. In fact, we’ve had probably a half-dozen of my requests implemented within a day of requesting them.
If you have ever contacted us for support, you probably know that we think quality responsive support is a central part of providing a good service for businesses. Unfuddle gets that and that is why we love them.
