You might be interested to know that there was a bill introduced in Congress (more than once, in fact) that would allow small business owners to use intellectual property as collateral. That's a bit more Web 2.0 friendly, huh? Unfortunately, it's gathering dust in a Senate Committee pending tray because it was introduced by a Democrat. Dontcha love politics? Keep up the good work.
