That was an interesting interview with Will. He certainly hit the nail on the head making technology as user friendly as possible, as you are working on doing with your own product. Also, as you said the recording itself was quite clear!

Thanks Mark. Will said quite a bit more at DEMO, but I think the few anwers he gave really summed it up nicely. I especially agree with his statement that 'your customers will tell you everything.'
